Baldea

Originally founded as Elthlead by Raymond, the Kingdom of Baldea was founded to foster the will of light.
Langrisser I, Baldea is the kingdom which, Ledin hails from. It's lineage is of the descendants of light. It was one of the most powerful countries on the continent before it fell to the troops of Kaiser Digos. The kingdom was home to the sacred sword Langrisser which was protected by the king, Illzach, up until his death.
After the conflict, Ledin would increase the Baldean borders dramatically.
By the time of Langrisser II Baldea is no more, having fallen during the years between the two stories.
